Um... the same way I unracked and racked the 10lbs dumbbells, the 20lbs dumbbells, the 30lbs dumbbells, the 40lbs dumbbells, the 50lbs dumbbells, the 60lbs dumbbells, the 70lbs dumbbells, the 80lbs dumbbells, the 80lbs dumbbells, the 90lbs dumbbells....pretty fucking simple.

There should be no change in how you unrack and rack dumbbells, no matter how heavy they get. Its the same process. Anyway who claims otherwise is ego lifting. People who throw the dumbbells are also ego lifting. If you cannot unrack the dumbbells urself, get them into position, bring them carefully back down, and re-rack them, without them ever touching the floor, you should not be using those dumbbells yet.
