Can't tell if it's pickles or pineapple in pre-workout.
Pre-workout is a trip if you never used it before but when it becomes habitual it just stops working and becomes obligatory like caffine is if you're addicted. Use it once a week and you'll probably never really adapt to it it'll always be that big rush.

This is a result of improper dosing. If people would stop chugging caffeinated beverages, let themselves return to baseline for a good minute, and from then on consume no more than ~200mg once per day, ideally within an hour or two after waking, then people could experience the fresh perks of caffeine daily and for a much longer period of time. Combine that with 25mg of ephedrine, a basic multivitamin(with good bioavailability), and an epinephrine inhaler and you've got something that makes every pre-work look like absolute dogshit and so long as you only do all that once per day the chances you'll develop tachyphylaxis is slim to none.

I never drink coffee and I started using pre-workout last week. In a single day I set a new PR for deadlift AND squat in the same day. This would have been pretty much unthinkable otherwise.
