It’s elbow flexion. Pick up a bar and curl it. Use whichever you prefer. Even a hammer grip will work the biceps. I have had this theory that with a flat bar the weight would be more evenly distributed during bicep curls and reverse curls, at least as far as forearms go. What do you faggots think?

Dumbbell curls are better because you can perform a supinating movement (one of the functions of the bicep) during them, feels as smooth as butter
