Ghd machine is the best if you can do it with proper form and hold onto a couple of plates. It has the best hamstring activation. If not then the seated but then again you'll need 2 excersies if you want to get at least 10 sets for the muscle group per week.

advantage of sitting: muscle is held in a longer position so it will grow slightly moreadvantage of prone: looks fucking gay so no one asks how many sets you have left
