Lemme give you some stats anon, in case anyone else comes across this:

A kg of fat is 7.700 kcal. You need to have a a deficit of 7.700kcal to lose 1 kg of fat. That means, if you are in a 1000kcal deficit (most doctors already say this is a lot), it will take you a full week (7 days x 1000) to reach close to 1kg of fat loss.

If you have a 2500 kcal TDEE (math for an average adult male) and you are just straight up fasting, as in, eating absolutely 0kcal each day for a full month (this math is accounting for 31 days) you will lose exactly 10.06kg (or 9.7 kgs if its a 30 day month).

This is the absolute limit for most people.
It can go up a little bit if you have a higher TDEE, for example if you are tall or very active. However, note that if you are not eating anything for a month, your TDEE will likely go down because you are starving, so it would be even lower.

For someone to claim to lose 10kg a month on Keto would mean that they either ate nothing or their body has a very serious problem and absorbed no food at all.

No matter how much the ketoschizos try to rationalize, it doesnt work like that.

TL:DR: Losing 10kgs a month would only be possible by having 0kcal for a full month, barring any serious disease.

You're lying. The funny thing about keto is that when you first start you drop like 5lbs overnight. A lot of people see that and think they're making rapid progress but it's just glycogen stores getting depleted as you stop taking in carbs to refill them. Real fat loss starts almost immediately after that but it takes a couple of weeks to notice and if you eat carbs at any point then those 5lbs come right back as your glycogen stores in your muscles fill up again.

It works for losing weight, especially for hopeless fatties who can't control themselves. You won't feel as hungry because protein and oils are high satiety foods. Don't go crazy with the bacon and olive oil though, you've still got to count calories it's just easier because you feel full even though you're eating less.

tl;dr- Eating nothing but chicken breast is boring but it works.

I don't know. When I did it, I assumed that was true but I still ate things like a bit of diluted BBQ sauce with my chicken thighs. I always figured that it might take me out of ketosis for a while but that was a compromise I was willing to make. You can actually tell when you're in ketosis even without using the test strips. You feel different, your mental state is different, your hunger disappears, but you start to crave carbs really bad and it's hard to abstain from them.

I was also running and lifting weights during that time, so any carbs I did take probably got burned off pretty fast.

Very obese people can lose much more weight than someone at a normal BMI.

Also, a lot of the weight fatasses hold onto is water weight. High insulin causes water retention.
This is one of keto's main selling points. The only way to get rid of the water weight is to lower chronically high insulin.
This water is extra weight that you can't "burn" with exercise or caloric deficits, you can only get rid of it by not consuming carbs.
It looks like fat and it bloats you making you obese, but it's literally water that high insulin won't let you piss away.

You need to eat carbs to increase your metabolism to peak your ratio of fat to muscle. Try going between for a day or a week before returning to the cut, without going too high on fats aka fried food during your cut bulk. If I'm lifting I notice 0 fat gain from carving up pwo, about 800 extra calories than normal for a few hours doing some work as the glycogen feels high.
