Anyone remember Leangains? What a scam that was
>>
I remember that dude was a raging alcoholic and always searched for a way to cope that alcohol didn’t hurt his gains.

I do remember it, but I haven't paid attention to it in 10 years. What's the scam, wasn't it basically free on his website?

It was like 3 grand if you wanted to work with him directly

I still like the old kinobody videos, which is essentially the same thing

I bought his book, which really help me alot. Followed him on patreon for a while and he had a forum + a podcast connected to the patreon proscription. But then it kinda died out and he made some post here and there. He quit the podcast also. So new patreon followers felt that it was kinda of a scam I guess. All in all it was quite good getting training tips here and there.
