>Legs again, anon? It's an upper-body world you know.
>>77310963Your picture clearly trains his legs

>>77310963Hey bro, can you help me move some furniture? Oh, you can only do lifts if you're lying or sitting down due to having underdeveloped legs and back? Oh that sucks bro.
>>77310993Why would you move furniture even if you can lmao. Blue collar tatted white trash or minorities do it for me for peanuts
>>77311003>Blue collar tatted white trash or minoritiesimagine having that instead of friends...
>>77311003Its okay bro, just sit down and do some bicep curls in the cuck shed while I carry this desk up the stairs in front of your wife.
>>77311010Instead? Wtf do you mean lmao? Friends are not for moving furniture lmao or doing any other cheap blue cucklar labor. That's like saying "imagine having a barber instead of friends" kek>>77311015You'll do it for free even? Thanks bro, even more reasons to not train legs. You must be a janitor on this board too
>>77311030Anyone who has friends will move furniture with themDo you really hire someone every time you need to twist the lid off the pickle jar? This is a /fit/ board, you must have us mistaken for r/onions.
>>77311041>Anyone who has friends will move furniture with themIs that a poor people/3rd worlder/blue collar thing? We have moving or delivery companies do it.I've never seen anyone move furniture with their friends. Guess you learn something new every day
Man, I just really hate anything resembling a squat or a lunge, ok? Hexbar deadlifts and RDLs, fine, calf raises ok, hip thrusts suck to set up. But anything quad dominant can get all the way fucked. Leg press is ok when I've got it, but I'm homegym. With all that in mind, I love mountain biking, but my legs are super weak for the climb. Wife has a spin bike - can I do 15 minutes of high resistance spin bike a few times a week and call that good enough for quads?
>>77311054I know it's bait but you shouldn't make the fantasy version of yourself sound like a giant, friendless faggot because it makes you as a person sound like a giant, friendless faggot.
>>77311054>Is that a poor people/3rd worlder/blue collar thing? It's a male thing. Have some pride and move your own furniture instead of paying stronger men to do your work for you.
>>77311074Cool, you don't mind moving my shite while me and friends crack a cold one while staring at you?
>>77311082>Anon's wife: "Oh honey you spend hours at the gym you must be really strong, can you move this desk up the stairs for me?">You: "Haha, no I am not actually that strong, I only lift for aesthetics, we need to get someone else to move it for us">Her: "Okay...." (already pussy dried up)
>>77310963Legs are the foundation of your power.
>>77311054NTA. I pay for real moves every time, and nowadays I'll pay for delivery and install on an appliance too. But every dude on the street knows every other dude on the street will show up to help move something if needed. We got a piano off of Craigslist a few years ago, and we had people standing around because neighbors came out of the woodwork when we asked for help.Be self sufficient, but know sometimes you need help and be ready and able to lend a hand. Everyone I know walks around with the full confidence that I'll be there if they need me, so they're there for me. I don't abuse this, and none of them do either, but it's part of being in a community.Furthermore, trust me, you want to be the guy people call when they need help. Social gains like nothing else.
>>77311098Real ghetto shit bro
>>77311104Upper middle class, I'm afraid. Like, so far up there it's hard to justify calling us middle class, but we're not filthy rich so there's no real word for what we are.
>>77310963>doesn't train legs>dies age 40Coincidence?
Asking friends to help you move is acceptable if you're 20 and broke, after that it's just pathetic.
Legs take about 10 minutes 3 times a week. They're the easiest thing to grow and develop. The only excuse for not having decently strong and developed legs is that you don't want it aesthetically (lame) or you're just too chickenshit to do intense lower body exercises because they require some grit and determination and aren't 'fun' like doing preacher curls or whatever. So basically the only reason you'd have shitty legs is because you're a bitch.
>>77310963The fastest, most unexpected attack from the front is swift kick the side knee. You are now on the ground unable to walk. Faggot.
>>77310963That can trains legs but i cannot tell what he does. Maybe just lowbar squats or body weight squats. Or he runs or does sprint training. He clearly has bigger legs than someone who sits on their ass all day and their somewhat developed
>>77311082Cracking each other off more like. Bunch of noodle leg gay boys no doubt.
>>77310963I mire any guy with the confidence to rock a speedo
but my gf loves my legs? /fit/ told me women didn't like it, guess I found the odd one out
I bench more than i squat.
>>77311003>>77310993>t. somebody who has never moved furniture600 squat is not going to help you with moving furniture. Main muscles are biceps, hamstrings, low back, and chest. Most pieces of furniture that you'd need to move are less than 100 pounds, the issue is they're bulky and awkward to carry. You need strong biceps and chest to be able to hug a big cabinet or couch into you, and walking with weight (not just standing up and down like an autistic gymcel) requires hamstrings, not quads. Honorable mentions to shoulders they get tired when you're lifting lighter objects. Hand strength is necessary but not grip, it's straight finger pinch-type strength.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIF8d0oX63I
>>77311631Can anybody who has done manual labor or moving confirm this isnt fake news?
>>77311642More or less true in my experience. But if he had to pick up a something like very heavy rug by himself he might be fucked with weaker legs. But i think manual labor helped my shoulders/traps/forearms as much as anything else.Tgis is me >>77311598
>>77311642Blue collar laborer here with a job that requires a lot of lifting and moving stuff. Biggest muscles I use on the job based on soreness and size are triceps, delts, hamstrings, and calves (mostly from general walking on that one though). Biceps are more rare.
>>77311642did moving appliances for home depot for a year and worked for a moving company for three. Muscles that were sore for me the most were triceps and pretty much all the muscles in my back/shoulders especially my extensors and rhomboids and also my hands. My calves would only get sore if there was a lot of walking and I mean a lot.To be fair my extensors were probably sore because I wasn't lifting with perfect posture. Hands were the worst.
>>77311003kek practical strength dyels btfo
>>77311582Women absolutely love legs. I don't know where this nonsense even came from. Well developed legs, reasonably lean, good sized calves and a juicy butt drive women nuts.
>>77311677i recently helped some people move and ive done fullbody for years and yea the hands were sore, for me its the other leftside of the palm that connects to the thumb. i hear plate pinch grips works this
>>77311003This. I wish that when I bought my first pickup truck when I was 19 that they warned me about how many people in my life were gonna ask me to help them move
