Pork is the only inherently nice meat desu. I didn't eat meat for 25+ years. Steak is okay. Chicken is horrible, you wouldn't miss it besides when it's fried, and ANYTHING fried is good anyway.Pork chops aren't particularly fatty and you can throw away the big chunks of fat when you're cutting.Sear in a pan for 4 mins total, cover in seasoning like smoked paprika oregano garlic powder, and onions sauce (butter if you can spare the calories), put in the oven for 20 mins at around 200-220c, pull out and squeeze fresh lemon. It's amazing.
