What are the exercises do you when you're not doing a routine because you're moving or in between a lot of activities or not at a gym and your workout equipment you moved isn't able to be setup due to space?

I do calisthenics, go to work out parks, sometimes i bring two dumbells and or a kettlebell. It's good to increase volume every once in a while. Sometimes i needed a break anyway because i never plan a deload.

HIT is a hell of a lot better than nothing. Can get a fullbody in ~30ish minutes if you're more ambitious you make a lot that pause sets or supersets. Shit practically counts as cardio too if you're not sitting on your ass between exercises. No way you're doing that with less than 130 hr for the duration.

Just go in do one of those and you're good for 3 to 5 days. I'd only feel pressured to do more if it's coming up day 6 and I haven't been back yet.

WALRUS or kettlebells. Did it when moving and when my kids were born
