Maybe another 5kg or so? Should give you another solid 3 months of bulking. It's really a visual thing, if you bulk slowly you can do very long bulks, especially since you have more linear noob gains to milk with your current lifts.

It's up to you really, you still look fine but if you are at or reach a stage where you don't like how you look you can just stop. You'll still make gains on a cut if your training/sleep/food are good at your stage.

Nta but in my experience barbell bench was a waste trying to hit pecs. Dumbell press and fly with a deep, wide squeeze at the bottom is where i really hit my chest, not on the pushing motion. Can't go low enough with barbell.

Lately i do flat, or even decline press, followed by incline fly, followed by incline press. So far i am noticing differences in my chest for the first time in at least a year.

But also i had to design it that way because my tris are starting to hold me back. I like skullcrushers at the end. I tried adding weight to my curl bar fir skull crushers abd kills my elbows so i switched to dumbell skull crushers, with the dumbells parallel to my body. Really have no idea if that one is a good idea yet. People swear by cable pulldowns or whatever but i never liked em.

Right now you are looking 20-25% bf, which means you have probably 17 kg (mid range) of fat

If you bulk for another 5kg in 3 months, you probably gain around 1.5kg of muscle and 3.5kg of fat (worst case scenario)

Thats 20,5/79 = 26% bf, you need to cut then

If you can cut for 16 weeks, you can lose 0,5kg of fat at least in a proper cut with no muscle loss, that's 8kg of fat say, then

12/71 = 17% bf with a very decent amount of muscle, 3 + 4 months from = January 2027

You can then bulk again slowly for 2 months and gain even more muscle, then at the beginning of March 2027 you cut again for 12 weeks (3 months) and you will be sub 17% bf with lot of muscle for the beginning of summer
