turn the AC down about an hour before bed. ideal sleeping temp is much cooler than most people sleep in and lower body temp will help with sleep. also, don't workout near bedtime and try to avoid eating near bedtime too
ultimately though, sleep is just worse on a cut. no real way around it, your body does work when you sleep and it doesn't like doing work on a deficit.

Melatonin + diazepam, but you can only do that a few times a month

I don't have any recommendations, but the same thing has happened to me when I've lost weight, and my sleep improved once I started eating in a caloric balance again.

All my sleep issues were fixed by not eating anything after 18:00. I got metabolism issues though so my solution is probably not applicable for everybody.

Nigga take a break. Your body has to adjust to your new weight. You might gain some water weight back but you will easily lose it after your next cut. Do 2-4 weeks of maintenance until your sleep and energy levels recover. You lost 1.2kg per week (which is great) but unless you are massively obeses it is not feasible to sustain such speed for long periods of time.

chug water before sleep
dehydration fucks up your sleep
also do some stress-relief type shit like diaphragmatic breathing and mind-muscle release

This my nigga. Reta forums full of people bitching that they can't sleep but I really think it's cuz they aint eatin enough

im gonna give you my very secret special drank from back when i would self harm out of rage at not being able to sleep, have never done it again since i made it since it's so fucking cheap and easy almost never fails me unless i have an insanely off day at which point i combine it with melatonin and boom it works again
fool proof method, are you ready.....
Table salt
No-Salt (zero sodium alternative to table salt that is pure pottassium)
litterally any water flavoring (i preffer the ALDI orange ones since they're zero calories, ALWAYS make sure they have zero caffiene, best way to do it it find a brand that advertises the caffeine and then look for the same brand except it doesn't advertise the caffeine on the label, they're usually directly next to each other on store shelves, or just use fuckin crystal light)
and finally Water.

and that's it.... all you gotta do is dissolve like around 25%-50% of yours RDA (reccomended Daily Amount) of both pottassium (No-salt) and sodium (table salt) into the drink and use the water flavoring to cover the flavor

electrolytes are king for fixing sleep especially on a cut where you might lack some

if you want to take it a step further, get a big ass box of pic related, best tasting zero calorie sweetener out there and use it for a big ass thing of tea at night, i like to do 16 packets of it, 4 cups water, and 3 bags of chamomile tea if i want something really good b4 bed without calories

Tea thing is completley optional but it will further increase ur sleepiness results, considering your track record, i would take melatonin with the electrolyte Drank(tm) as there have been times where the electrolyte Drank(tm) has not been enough for me but adding melatonin is always a 100% cure, but melatonin alone never helped me

wishing you the best anon!

You will PISSMAX your bed with this advice

>chug water before sleep
do not do this kek
>>
>>77312694
You're losing weight too fast and your body is probably stressed because weight loss is both physically and mentally challenging, you're literally starving yourself if you lost 20kg in 6 months.
>>
>>77312694
slow-acting (low glycemic index) carbs a couple hours before bed helps me stay asleep
>>
>>77312694
sleep on your side
get a body pillow (not anime)
room needs to be cool
find the specific time that gives you best scores. for me it's 10:30pm in bed, 11pm asleep. it's individual so find yours
also dinner needs to be small. the less you eat the better
