For men: If your belly bounce when you run, it's flabby and you need to hit the gym.

For women: If you butt bounce when you run, it's flabby and you need to hit the gym.

Both are true and that ass is flabby. But people here will tell you the opposite, as most people here are fat and wants to defend their right to be fat.

>most people here are fat
Yes, and larping as fit chad.

what's a sybb thread and how does it differ from a kekke thread
>>
>>77313053
My impression is that most people here are skelly mode and they're full of themselves because their only life achievement is not getting fat.
>>
>>77313154
My impression is that most people here are fat as fuck (just look at their taste in women), and then larp as a fit chad, using either AI or stolen images.

That bouncing could be loose skin
>>
>>77313191
Are you talking about the belly or butt now?
>>
>>77313053
Not me, totes fat, but I'm not weak, at least not compared to most normies, despite my very pedestrian program.
>>77312779
This applies to real life too. Obviously for females but dudes too. Guys really underestimate how much intramuscular fat distribution contributes to their muscular appearance. Most guys are over weight or straight up obese and they luck out with fat distribution just like thick bitches with jiggle in 'all the right places' lean may not be life but it definitely reveals the truth.

>goal os to get strong
The first thing you are logically going to want to do is lose 20lbs. Just look at the people using steroids, that's how lean you want to be.

You also forget that so much muscle hydration being lost + carb pump adding to the size, then some undisciplined guy losing muscle while losing weight. The getting fat probably adds 20% to everything. Even if 100% optimal lean bulk 1lb a week or 2 with 0% suboptimal water weight adjustments to weight.

>>77313269
Yup, what is it, like 70% of muscles volume is water? The shape and size of muscle is more dependant on so many things besides the muscle tissue themselves. This is why normies are so mind blown by creatine, they're seeing what they look like if they were closer to properly fed & hydrated. Ironic, since most people using creatine aren't increasing their water intake to compensate for their muscles now pulling water away from everything else.

Anything about an ass/ flabby asses with a poll = sybb

then i guess i've seen dozens – maybe hundreds – of sybb threads over the years

He’s also the one making all of the “is she fat? be brutally honest” threads.
>>
>>77313253
Depends on what you start at. I would say the most important thing is to do equally cardio and muscle.

Watery muscles?

Let me tell you a story from my own experience.

I started working out in January this year. When I started, both my belly and my pecs jiggled when I run. Not bouncing up and down like crazy, but I could feel movement.

A few months later, the pecs stopped bouncing one day. My belly still jiggles a little bit, but noticably less compared to when I started.

With other words:

If your belly jiggles, yes, it's flabby.
If a girl's ass bounce as she run, yes, it's flabby.

It's simple as that. Everything else you see online are sorry excuses. Your belly shouldn't jiggle when running. Period.

As for OP girl, she has a flabby ass and needs to hit the gym. But since she is a fictional character, I suppose her creator tried to appeal to the black American crowd. You know the one that goes:

"OOOH SHIIIIIIIIIEEEEET MAN WHERE'S MY FRIED CHICKEN BITCH???"
>>
>>77313626
How fucking fat do you need to be to feel your pecs jiggle?
>>
>>77312715
The way her ass cheeks bounce around as she runs looks kind of fun, actually.
>>
>>77313626
Are you talking about...niggers?

It was true a long, long time ago, before negro culture.
