no brown rice is healthier than white rice and it keeps more protein within when cooked. its better to eat white rice before working out as a carb loader for your energy in the gym and eat the brown rice after the workout as a post workout meal so you give the muscles protein to rebuild.

I usually drink a 22oz bottle of 3.2%ABV ale before I work out. I made it myself, Briess 2 row dark malt base, tettnanger hops, a few grams of black peppercorns and some cardamom pods.
