Post the athletic profile (like calisthenics, swimmer, etc) and your routine, or a routine you would do if you were like 18 and a neet with all resources possible.

Calisthenics:

- Spam pull-ups with the right form all the time, reaching always the failure
- Spam dips
- Spam lunges, squats and calf raises

Mastering only those + some mobility and random exercises will get you above 90%
