>there are lankets and bloatlords here who can't do 10 full ROM pullupsgive me exactly one reason for this.
>>77313502I used to be able to do 10 when I was a lean mean anorexia machine. Then I tried bulking before relapsing and now I'm just skinnyfat and weak
>>77313502No idea, I did my four sets of chin ups today, and my four sets of ring pull ups monday.
>>77313502I am so lazy I can't physically try unless I have at least another 25-35+lbs
>>7731350210 pull-ups isn’t even hard. Try doing 100 pull-ups in under 10 min.
Maybe but I can do 3 reps with 100 kg
>>77313502Former lanklet here. I was just a tall kid - even into HS - but not blessed with thick muscles, naturally. Add in being a little "fluffy", like 20-23% bodyfat, and I just didnt have enough upper body muscle mass - especially arms and shoulders- to move my body. Same with pullups. Not until I lifted for about a year did I become strong enough to do pushups. Progressive overload works. Oddly enough, doing them girl style - from the knees - (which I could do) didnt build any strength. Thats why lifting is great. Start benching with a weight you can do and get stronger then eventually you can do pushups. Fucking worthless school PE classes should teach concepts such as this, but dont. Utter failure.
>>77313527Bro, same. Do you have Lyme disease? I stick to five reps with weight because I give up after six or seven reps. If I knew I'd get $10 for every pullup I did, I could probably do fifteen.
