Somehow I've got right shoulder tenosynovitis (pic rel) and I've been wondering what exercises I shouldn't do. My doc recommend 2-3 month no chest exercises/ no chest flies. Are there anything else I should avoid? Also any tips for this shit to recover faster? He said to take some collagen and anti-inflammatory drugs.
>>77313507I've heard that dead hangs a few times per week can be really good for rehabbing the shoulder girdle, but I have no specific knowledge of your injury, tbdesu. Is that the shoulder capsule?

>>77313512I had shoulder impingement, it was getting better and I did a deadhang and everything was fine until i woke up the next day and couldnt move my elbow an inch in any direction away from my side. I was in excruciating pain for 3-4 days
>>77313507I think you should just chill for a week and try again. I had a nagging shoulder injury that was bothering me for a month. I took a week off and tried again and it healed.
>>77313703already did a three week break and no improvement sadly
>>77313507>>77313702>>77313713sounds like a very serious injury. Just rest. I have had injuries that took almost 2 months to heal. You dont really have a choice other than to just rest, eat, and try to just move it around to get bloodflow to the area
>>77313725yeah that seems to be the solution. maybe also some kinesiotherapy.I thought there are some other things that I could do to fix it faster
