if ya pinch your scaps down like that you literally CAN'T raise arms overhead, it is not humanely possible - just try it with nothing in your hands xD xD
scapula must travel upwards and rotate for overhead position
in fact almost all of OHP motion happens in scapular movement not humerus movement xD xD

i have rubber hooked at hip height and front delt variant is standing so i pull sideways and isometrically upwards for front delt
and kneel for lower pec with depressed shoulder (other palm on delt it ought to be soft)
