So I have a minor supraspinatus tear. Not much swelling, pain is manageable. Shoulder clicks and pops constantly because it's now unstable. Sometimes when performing a completely mundane arm movement (like reaching for something), I feel tightness/pain and have to stop, move my arm in another direction until everything pops back into proper alignment, then I can continue without pain. It's annoying, but not life-altering.

It's been about three weeks since it happened, and I want to do everything possible to accelerate healing. Here's what I'm doing:

- taking BPC-157 & TB-500 as a part of the KLOW stack, injected subcutaneously in the shoulder area
- taking 10g collagen hydrolysate daily, added to whey protein
- supplementing silica, vitamin C
- occasional NSAIDs

This is in addition to the multi-vitamin/creative/zinc that I was already taking. What else can I do besides wait this out? This shit can take months to heal completely, and I basically can't do anything physical in that time.

HGH 3-4IU if you want to go down that path. Unfortunately peptides did f all for my shoulder. Best thing you can do next is get your shoulder in a better position longterm checkout CoreXcell on youtube for this

This guy's shoulder exercises seem like they're worth a shot. Thanks.
