So one of my favorite things to do is cooking. I love preparing food, and also eating. Which have led me to develop somewhat of a problem with binge and over-eating. One time, one of my weightlifting buddies sugested a recipe of a greek potato hash with marinated pork, olives and feta-cheese and tzatziki. I tried it, liked it and decided to try out the mediterranean diet. Said and done, side effect was that I started losing weight, but I didn't lose strenght, also my runs felt easier, felt more energetic and my erections got harder. Visited my parents and they had made lasagna with a fuckton of butter, minced meat and cheese. Ate and felt bloated and constipated for days. Started eating medi again and felt better. I also no longer eat binge and overeat to the same extent as I feel satiated after meals now. It really was that easy and the evidence was always there all along huh?
