idk nigga im just bumping your thread because i have the same question. i barely gain any weight when i force feed myself, and if i dont shovel shit to the point if nahsea for just a few days i instantly lose 2-3 kilo. I am getting stronger but nit bigger, ive been stuck at like 89 kilo at 195cm of height for months now, i get up to 92-93 kilo then as soon as i slip up fall back down to 89
