https://studyfinds.com/americans-born-after-1970-dying-faster/>At the ages these people have already reached, roughly 30 to 49 depending on the cause of death examined, they are already dying at higher rates from heart disease, cancer, and external causes than people born just before them were dying at those same ages. Colon cancer, strongly tied to obesity and diet, is a particular concern, with death rates rising at younger ages beginning with cohorts born around 1955 and worsening from there.30yo boomers and younger what are you doing to prevent colon cancer, heart disease and death overall? I bet nobody on this board eats enough fiber or vegetables either

A lot of younger Americans are just lowkey alcoholics. People don't drink non-diet soda much but are still fat. Its the only explanation. A lot of the guys I know are this way. Protestant culture makes them treat it like its the same as heroin. Unlike Britian where avin a pint is normal

Then I started eating meat and fatty food again, and introduced oats in my protein shake, it tanked my ldl 40%Especially if you don’t eat a lot of fibrous vegetables you probably just be soluble fiber.
