I had calf DOMS for 13 days once. You just have to get your frequency up.

For chest;
Flat bench 3x6-8
Incline DB press 3x6-8
DB flys 3x8-10

2nd day replace flys with dips and incline DB with incline BB

what RPE? too much DOMS means you're overtraining and it's suboptimal, in those rep ranges you need to be at RPE 7-8, heavy enough to get stimulus but not grinding and creating unnecessary fatigue resulting in DOMS, probably keep the flat bench as your high RPE main lift and the rest as higher rep hypertrophy accessories

for chest i do
3x5 incline bench
3x10 db press
3x12-15 parallete pushups for stretch

no significant DOMS and i'm ready to train again in 48 hours
