I'm officially fucked /fit/bros. I was doing rows the other day and I felt a little funky in the xiphoid process, as if it were popping and clicking. Later that day, on my third set of lat pulldowns, after letting go of the weight, I instantly got this sharp, debilitating pain in the xiphoid process that shoot up to my head and gave me a mind-numbing headache for several hours. I couldn't even walk without feeling pain in my chest for several hours.I guess it's hard for me to lift like a normal person with no pain and without a care in the world. I was always destined to be a cardio bunny twink. Fuck this gay world.
Don't do barbell rows unless you're a gigachad with hunter eyes and a 50" vertical. They're not for everyone.
>>77315090Can't rest your ribs on your legs when rowing or they'll move
>>77315111Can't become chad without rows tho
>>77315090Pretty dure i have been working out with this for 5 years now or maybe just inflamation, but now i'm doing lower volume it mostly does not bother me
>>77315111I was doing seated cable rows. I first felt this when doing OHP many years ago, but it was only a little click. Now it was horribly painful.
