I've been just having a chocolate proton drink with skim milk for breakfast and eating my eggs and bacon later in the day. It wakes up my brain and makes it so I don't have to go shopping or cook as often. This is the laziest version of me that has ever existed. I'm losing weight though but I prefer to eat more and have more even energy levels.
