Just how unfit am I if as a 25yo guy...70kg? 5'9...25 squats leave my legs so tired I even fell once hours after...what can I do?
I fell hours later as I was sitting on my computer...when I getting up...my legs were too weak from the squats...right above my knees so I ended up falling. They're so sore...
I'm a hikikomori I haven't done any exercise for 7 years. Not anything kept longer than a week, sporadically and barely, some attempts that at most lasted like a week...maybe less every few months and so.
Never was a sports guy before being a hiki and not one now.

I feel like a baby deer, same as every other time I tried.

Are you japanese? You write like a japanese man. Because you posted Makoto I will help. What is most important for you right now is to develop a consistent routine. Read the sticky first of all. After that, you probably need more protein than you think. Imagine how impressed Makoto would be when she sees how big and strong you've become! Are you too shy for gyms? They will help you progress much faster, although calisthenics is not a bad start.

If I had to guess you probably go too hard and then burn out really fast. I wasn't a sports guy growing up either but fell in love with lifting, and get confused for one now. It is like an rpg, and everyone chases after the coveted 1/2/3/4. That's a 1 plate (135 pounds including the bar) over head press, 2 plate bench, 3 plate squat, and 4 plate deadlift. Maybe it sounds crazy now, but it is possible to achieve even after a hiki life.

My guess is that you overdo it just like >>77317146 says. High volume will always make yiu feel sore if youre not in the habit. So there's two things you should do, first off reduce volume and increase it gradually. Second do not wait for the soreness to subside. Give those muscles a day's rest and work them again.
And also get a basic blood test done ASAP. If you really feel that tired and weak you might have anemia or other deficiencies. What is your diet like?

Thats an actual anime girl? I thought it was some morphed version of Lain.

Thank you, I am too shy for online spaces and I am too shy for any gym. I talk to basically no one every single day for these past years. I am chronically shy.
I can only do things at home.

My blood is clean and my diet is healthy. The recommended diet, exactly as it is. I want to spare you the detail but it is healthy. I had a diagnosis of prediabetes years ago, I fixed that by adopting my current diet. It really is the textbook.

She's from Persona 5, She was like my og waifu when I was in highschool. I had this poster in my room I would look at when I trained during covid.

Alright, at home is fine for now. I'd invest in a pull up bar first thing. The kind that attaches to your door frame. If you are too weak to do real ones, you can start by just controlling the descent. Pushups are fine, but you are gonna want to progressive overload (as I'm SURE you have read in the sticky by now). To do this, you are best off putting something heavy on your back. This can even be like a trashbag or something. Look into buying some weights and starting a small homegym. Don't just blow a million trillion if you aren't gonna use it though. Spending money does not equate to progress. In regards to legs, look into training goblet squats, where you hold something heavy infront of you. If your house has water jugs you can use those, hell fill one up half way or even a quarter if it's too heavy. Similarly, you can train rowing movements using something like water jugs as well. I could go on if you want, but I'm sure you will figure out more with time. For now, your main priority should be finding a beginner program you can follow. There are several out there, perhaps one of the few good things that came from covid. I believe in you, Makoto believes in you, now you must believe in you...

Why are anime fans like this

If your diet and blood are clean, then all you have to do is do it.
Other things to consider, you may need more electrolytes. I carry electrolyte solution to the gym. And because you said your diet is textbook I think you already know that you need carbs for energy and recovery so make sure you eat enough of those. I feel very down when low on carbs
