What do i do if a max out a machine?Like I can do 30-40 reps full stack?Do i just keep adding reps?
Like I can do this with leg abductors, tricep overhead extensions, facepulls and a bunch of other stuff.
Having to ask that question already tells me your form is shit and you don't *actually* max out any machine.
