He started too late, the people who started earlier are doing much better. Still, there is no actual anti aging therapies. The best you can aim for is to slow it down to nearly half. The whole idea is to stay as young as possible while new therapies start to become available.

The only thing that is stupid is to spend so much money and taking a hundred pills. Most of it is about good sleep, diet and exercise. That accounts for 90% of what this dude does without spending a penny. It's okay to take vitamins or minerals that you are deficient in or that you are not covering with your diet, but chocking on 9000 anti oxidants at the same time doesn't seem to be a smart way to address the issue. At some point it stops helping and might actually be harmful.

Most things that are labeled as antiaging is because they block mTor or activate autophagy and you see him taking these after exercise. Sometimes he mixes stuff without caring about interactions or if these compete for absorption with each other. Just watching him take pills that activate Ampk along with protein in order to trigger an anabolic response makes me raise a lot of question.

He is a great salesman though.
>>
>>77318960
Now do that without makeup, photoshop, bad lighting, history of drug use, surgeries etc
This is just proving my argument, you wont find two people of the same age same physical condition and diet and substance use history with different appearance outcome when it comes to aging

Asian diet is low in vitamin A poisoning and low in obesity - both those two things can contribute to aging well.
The fat and liver in elderly people is a sickly yellow due to vitamin A accumulation, and vitamin A excess is highly implicated in liver damage as well as its known effects of destroying collagen

Sun exposure ages skin more visibly. Asians have a culture of less sun exposure, since whiter skin is associated with better attractiveness (people who work outside are considered lower class). Black people have more melanin (i.e. they're black) and are less susceptible to skin damage because of this.
Additionally, Black and Asian skin types have a thicker, more compact dermis, which is naturally more resistant to sagging, and their skin naturally contains denser collagen bundles and thicker fibroblasts, making it naturally firmer and slower to break down with age.

To be fair though, he's on GlyNAC and Astaxanthin which were hits from the NIH ITP; current closest thing to a "Manhattan Project" for anti-aging.

blacks don't suffer UV damage to their skin the way Whites do. They are genetically evolved over millions of years to live in places where the sun is very strong while Whites are genetically evolved over millions of years to live in places where the sun is very weak.

GLYNAC hasn't been tested by the ITP and chances are it does next to nothing. Astaxanthin only also barely worked in male mice at super high doses but not at moderate doses, making it useless for lifespan extension.
Rapamycin only works when taken daily at high doses, making it useless in the real world. SGLT2 inhibitors are definitely healthy but only useful if you have higher blood sugar. Then there are non-feminizing estrogens which most likely work because they significantly inhibit DHT.

Sure but to what extent? Is it really the case that any form of natural gentle tanning is bad? I don't think that's true. If it were, then why do we inherently see his sickly Data looking ass as being unnatural and unhealthy and unattractive?

I'm not saying people shouldn't use sunscreen and should roast in the sun and turn themselves into baked potatoes. But I have a hard time believing zero sun exposure is optimal
>>
>>77321058
Tanning indicates some damage has occured.
>If it were, then why do we inherently see his sickly Data looking ass as being unnatural and unhealthy and unattractive?
We do but we also see people with leathery skin as old. There is a reason why people look into different ways to get a tan like beta carotene.
>But I have a hard time believing zero sun exposure is optimal
Remove UV from the spectrum and sunlight is beneficial for health.
>>
>>77321058
He's trying to look as young as possible, not naturally healthy. Tans do look good naturally, but in nature, your reproducing days would be done at 21, and it doesnt matter if you look like a ballsack, tanned or not, at 30, because you've only got a decade left to live. He'd look "better" with a tan, but its more important he look "younger" by avoiding any possible UV damage. He wants to look like a sickly teenager, he knows looking like a healthy tanned teenager ain't ever in the cards for him

>Sun also regulates melatonin, the greatest antioxidant to ever exist
>But he doesn't get sun
Yeah it's over for him. Stress is the number one thing that ages you and no sun is massively stressing his body, plus you synthesize a ton of nutrients from the sunlight hitting bare exposed skin so his "markers" are good based on a bunch of unscientific guesses but he's entirely off in anything that your body synthesizes from sun exposure.

In the past when people were in poor health they were sent to the sea or countryside to get lots of sun, relaxation, and fresh air.

IYKYK, I grew up hearing the AG stories of the time.
Small cattle was basically phased out gradually from that time forward, so now you have decaying barns and infrastructure. Cattle herd sizes went from 50 to 100 to 1,000, 50 years ago small cattle farms were just outright common and were everywhere but too much milk was being produced and the government started buying them out.
For orchards it was a little different, you didn't have dwarf trees in our area so they're climbing 20-30 feet up a ladder to pick apples, for example. Many kids who lived on said farms had to pick before and after school just to get by, if you were a kid on a farm you were expected to work.

But yeah grain farms have been mechanized for a long time. Dairy and fruit weren't, and fruit largely still isn't but is just done more labor-efficient now. 50 years ago there were still a ton of small farms, at least in the states where everyone actually lived that weren't flyover.

>Common farm equipment that's used like their little farm golf carts wasn't a thing back then, you had to wait for the tractor
>The apples weren't moved with a modern forklift system, instead they had "risers" that were basically big shopping cart conveyor belts that carried them all the way up to the top of the cooler, manually loaded on and off
I could go on and on but there have been a massive amount of labor savings just in terms of standardized equipment, equipment that isn't a just a tractor, better storage, ect.

Of course picking the stuff is always gonna take a niggerton of labor. I'm sure the practices for many strawberry farms have improved to reduce this the same way apples have, more productive varieites with larger berries being a big one - with a larger berry you have to pick less to fill the same amount of containers, so berries twice as big will pick twice as fast.

Le tumor-ick is a bonafice Schizo Yarmulke drug. Picrel.

Might get liver skill issues running doses up around 5g for too long though according to the tox lit; I personally run much lower doses with piperine for improved bioavailability and milk thistle plus NAC for hepatoprotection, also cycling off monthly unlike Bryan Johnson.

As someone who worked in the field the big blackpill is 90% of visible aging is literally just gravity and the vast majority of the rest is sun damage and genetic skin elasticity. Unless you hang upside down your not reversing or stopping anything. Everyone looks roughly their own age no matter the perception. Anytime you see a look how young this 70 year old looks its just a good facelift

You mean the same spermidine that the ITP tried to get to work but it couldn't even get absorbed into the bloodstream so they had to abandon it?
>inb4 muh fat solubility
That's a common excuse for when something fails in the ITP but fact is, they got all fat-soluble chemicals like resveratrol absorbíng correctly in the trials so far (even if it had no lifespan effect). When something doesn't even get absorbed into the blood, it means it's fucking useless and people who still take it are retarded. As expected of a frogposter.

Bunch of PhDs are still researching it. NIH's PhDs working with fisetin couldn't even figure out something as simple as ethanol, and have been BTFO even by other mouse trials not using it.
>>
>>77323341
Fisetin did get absorbed into the bloodstream in the ITP, it just didn't have any lifespan extending effect. The ITP supersedes all other animal and even small human research. If something doesn't work there it means the other labs either outright faked their results, had a bad methology or used special mice breds.
Keep posting my responses into GPT all you want but you won't live even a single day longer no matter how many thousends of dollars you waste on useless supplements.

>Fisetin did get absorbed into the bloodstream in the ITP
They said it "failed to significantly lower markers of senescent cells (p16Ink4a mRNA) in the liver, kidney, or brain."

Yet, pilot trials on humans are saying shit works:

So yeah, we're back to NIH having molecule skill issues. Shrimple AAS.
>>
>>77323372
Again, the ITP supersedes anything except for clinical trials. Moreover, this clinical trial didn't even look at a lifespan extending effect but some other parameters (in special populations such as obese men) where they hoped to achieve statistically relevant (but not clinically relevant) improvements. You are grasping at straws here. Any study will do in your confirmation bias and any stronger study will be disregarded.
