Let's say that instead of running, my cardio consisted of going up and down stairs.Which is better, longer stairs (greater difficulty but also longer pauses between climbs because I have to walk down), or shorter stairs (more consistently climbing up with shorter pauses between climbs but lower difficulty per climb)?
>>77318435It doesnt matter because you'll never do it.Instead of going running up some stairs RIGHT FUCKING NOW, you''ll sit around on your ass for the rest of your life waiting for someone to "redpill you" on the "ideal" workout. In other words:It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline. If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser
>>77318435Running stairs is one of those things you'll do a few times, feel amazing about it, then gradually slack off on. You need to have a steady stream of novel exercises to alternate if this is the kind of thing you want to do.
>>77318469Honestly found just going up and down the entire staircase in my apartment building everytime i take out the trash a great way to stay consistent enough with it since i almost always take it out dailyIts not a lot but it's better than just doing the basic cardio i do everyday
>>77318467>>77318469What are you motherfuckers projecting for? You're just calling yourselves out.I've used a stairs machine for months but I don't have access to it anymore so I'm going for real stairs now.Fuck off right back to /r9k/ you sad cunts
>>77318485A stair machine and real stairs are not at all the same thing. Good luck.
if ya keep your internal hip rotation it's better than kick in the nuts i suppose, knee in, full foot on the step, extended thoracic - this way it would be ok-ish >>77310448and ditto for going downstairs
>>77318485stair machines don't change your experienced gravitational pull, stairs do. stair machines are just treadmills with added difficulty because they force you to lift your legs up high.
