And I can have days of eating and drinking 200g of sugar without gaining a pound unlike the good ol' times (I know it's unhealthy) but ideally I should be aiming for 1500~ healthy calories, I'm still experimenting and don't keep a consistent exercise plan but I exercise daily so maybe I need to up my calories to not have any cravings or my poor sleep habits are to blame for my low impulse control and cravings
