I know that I have no definition and look like an absolute dyel for lifting for like eight years. I never gave a fuck about nutrition until recently. At the latest, I’m kinda strong bench 115kg (253lbs) for 3 reps and dumbbell shoulder press 80kg (176lbs) for 4 reps. All in all, it wasn’t worth the time I put into it.

Who cares? The protein of each meal is the part I like, I’ve never understood the people who can’t hit their protein goal. A decent sized chicken breast has 80-100g

My protein ends up at 260 without me even trying to eat protein, because I have a protein source with each of my 5 meals a day and that’s the best part of the meal

I know I'm not impressive by any means in my current state but I'm 175cm 67kg up from being a dying husk at 36kg back in 2020, started lifting in May 2024 when I reached 53kg just from refeeding.
