177cm (5’10”) 75kg (165lbs) 20% BFI know that I have no definition and look like an absolute dyel for lifting for like eight years. I never gave a fuck about nutrition until recently. At the latest, I’m kinda strong bench 115kg (253lbs) for 3 reps and dumbbell shoulder press 80kg (176lbs) for 4 reps. All in all, it wasn’t worth the time I put into it.
