There is a chance that I get a promotion soon. I worked really hard for it. Doing overtime and working at night and it was hard to keep going to the gym. With the possible new position I would have to do even more (while of course earning more). How can I still go to the gym regularly? No home gym is not an option (yet). How helathy is it to plan my workout late at night before going to sleep?
How many hours a week currently do u work
2-4 times per week, full body
work to live, don't live to work
>>77319980We're still working on a soon finished project but the last few months I regularly had 60+h weeks
>>77319993>not using AI to cut your work week in halfngmi bro
>>77319971different job
Thank god I had great parent and studied well to get a cushy WFH IT job and didn't get to be a blue collar tradie retard.
Get a better job with WFH so it’s easier to train during the day when gyms are empty
>>77319971I have a physically demanding job, so when I get home, I usually don't have the energy or motivation to work out, but if I work out in the morning, it doesn't negatively affect my performance at work. I think that's a much better option than lifting late, but it depends on what suits you. Also, try to split your routine in a way that allows you to have the most demanding day on the weekend.
