Get on my level

Str8 bar evertim. Pushdowns, reverse, then bicep curls and reverse. 4 banging exercises every arm day is a great way to start or finish the workout. I almost lift the full stack.
>>

I kike the one on the left but everyone knows longer ropes so u can hit the tricep better is more based
>>
>>77323210
straight bar works best for me, but it does run the risk of getting chest involved in tricep pushdowns, for example
i wish there were a bar like the straight bar but slightly arced, like a (, that would be ideal i think

Rope so I can do facepulls
>>

Rope so I can hang myself

I use rope and straight bar a lot, but never use the boomerang bar. Am I missing out?
>>

Always straight bar. Perfect for curls as well as tricep push downs. I can go a lot heavier and feel as if I get more out of tricep push downs on straight bar as opposed to rope.

The bar you're describing is actually a thing, you probably go to a crappy gym if they don't have one
>>
>>77323585
idk brahmin i've been to a number of gyms, including my current one that has tons of fancypants shit like specialty barbells, and i just checked the top 5-6 search results for cable attachments to see if you were right, and i've still never seen what i described

You can use these like you described, that's the one I meant. More than 1 way you can grip it
>>

the V shaped accessory kills my wrists. The bar is way better for pushdowns with some added plates in a belt so it doesn't pull you up and the rope is good, but maybe twice the size of that in the picture to get a full tricep extension and no akward elbow path
>>

Id start with the straight pipe in order to stretch it out a bit. The rope next would create resistance and a sort of ribbed pleasure. And then finally I would use the vbar. The wide ends would slide in after some work but would feel amazing one its fully inside
>>
>>77323210
straight bar for pushdown, v-bar for extensions
>>
>>77323210
Rope has the most veratility.

This w-bar for triceps pulldowns.
The stoppers on v-bars hurt my pinky fingers when going heavy
I don't do any other cable exercise except triceps pulldowns
>>

Wait a minute guys... I don't think this man's talking about lifting...
>>
>>77323651
What are we talking about here?
>>
>>77323210
I'm not a manlet so I have to use the pulldown bar so my shoulders don't grind

I always forget that 85% of the posters here are midgets

>big boy is too dumb to grab the rope higher up
