Or at home?
>>
I should shower at the gym to save on water. It's not even because I'm scared of getting dick mogged (i don't care anymore), it's just such a hassle to bring two sets of clothes, towels, and you have to unload all that shit when you get home too. I just go to the gym dressed and then go home again and shower.

When I get home I can:
A) Start things in the kitchen that will cook while I shower
B) I can put on any music I like
C) I can put my clothes directly into the washer
D) I don't have to fish out a soggy towel from my bag, I can just hang it directly
E) I don't need to bring extra clothes, I can just put on whatever I want at home
F) I don't have to deal with having two sets of shampoo, I don't have to bring it anywhere it's in my shower at home

For me it's a logistical thing more than anything honestly. I usually shower 15 minutes though, so for me it'd be 3x15 minutes, that's 45 minutes of hot water saved a week, but again it's a pain in the ass to do.

>>
>>77324550
I often utilize the gym crawl space peephole for maximum gains
>>
>>77324550
At home because I walk or skate to the gym and it takes me a good 20 minutes to actually stop sweating after so if I showered there I'd be greasy again before I got home.
>>
I used to have a gym at work. I'd bring everything I needed and lift on my lunch break in the middle of the day and shower there at the gym. Shit was so cash.
>>
Depends if there's any new guys who haven't seen my penits yet. Otherwise I go home stinking with the windows rolled up because I like the smell.
>>
I hate the fact that my dick only works when i'm with women, but when i need to show that i have a big dick the most (in the shower at the gym with other dudes) it gets small and tucked it. I think they make fun of me. I can only cope with the fact that I am like the greek statues and my dick is small and limp because I am civilized
>>
>>77324550
I shower when I get to the gym and before I leave.

I don't know if this is my six inch cope talking, but public showers just sound nasty.
>>
>>77325235
They are. If you're going to catch something in the gym it's going to be from the showers if you use them
>>
>>77325240

Always, always wear flip-flops. The only time I ever didn't was when I went to a $300/month country club style gym that had a constant cleaning crew in the locker rooms.
>>
I don't understand why anyone would use a gym shower. Why wouldn't you just wait 5 minutes to do it at home?

Even beyond the issue of how disgusting and infectious public showers are, it just doesn't make sense logistically. Okay so youre getting a shower there. So are you bringing all your bathroom products with you? You're gonna bring soap, shampoo, conditioner? Towel, flip flops, and spare change of clothes? Shaving cream, razor, and/or beard trimmer? Hair dryer? Whatever hair products you might use? And are you packing up your entire bathroom cabinet of stuff every time you go to the gym? Do you have duplicate bottles of all your stuff, a set for your shower and a set for the gym shower?

Sounds like youre packing for a goddamn business trip every time you go to the gym. Uh, yeah. Fuck that
>>
>>77325338
Entirely this. I always assumed the gym showers were for gay shit or homeless people
>>
>>77325338
Yeah instead I'd rather get all my sweat and stink smeared all over my car fabric seats to soak in over and over and over again. Jackass.
>>
>>77324550
If I go from work I shower there but if I go from home I shower at home.
>>
>>77325365
Okay so you do pack your entire bathroom cabinet and clothes with you every time you go to the gym?

Also why the fuck are you getting literally waterlogged with sweat at the gym. Nigger what are you doing, and how fat are you?
>>
>>77325377
Most gyms have some basic Gojo soap in dispensers in the shower. You don't really need more than that for a quick rinse unless you're a diva.
>>
>>77325377
>Also why the fuck are you getting literally waterlogged with sweat at the gym.
Self report. Learn to lift, pussy.
>>
>>77325377
lol so you do smear sweat and body odor from other people working out that's on your clothes back into your vehicle that you probably have NEVER washed your fabric seats since you've had your vehicle. Nigger what are you doing, and how unhygenic are you?
>>
>>77325377
It's called a duffel bag.
>why the fuck are you getting literally waterlogged with sweat at the gym
I guarantee you look like shit.

I almost always take a quick shower at the gym. When I pack my bag it's really not that much extra to pack a soap, sponge, extra shirt, underwear and flip-flops. However, it's only a shower to keep going if it's still early in the day (it usually, is, I rarely go later at the gym), and to save time from going back home and do all that all over again. I really, and genuinely hate going the rest of the day without showering and the gym is one of the earliest things that happens in my day desu, and that 10 minute shower and rinse with soap and sponge is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating
The important stuff I still do at home (washing hair, shave, etc)

>>77324550
at your mom's place
>>
>>77325380
So you take two showers then? Seems inefficient

>>77325386
High intensity weightlifting shouldn't make you all that sweaty, and cardio is for outside

>>77325387
Leather seats

>So you take two showers then? Seems inefficient
Yes.
>>
>>77324550
showering in the gym is better than showering at home if you've got a good duffle bag set up, gym energy carries over and you can finish showering and changing up in 10mins over the mental dance back home with setup that may take anywhere from 20 to 30 mins.

Showering in the gym over the home actually somewhat offsets my 15min commute to my prefered gym over the 5min gym near my home so atleast thats how i cope.

Yes because I'm a fucking freak but idc
>>
I keep a change of clothes, a towel and toiletries in my gym bag just in case the gym twink is in the locker room when I'm done working out.
>>
>>77325773
>just in case the gym twink is in the locker room when I'm done working out.
To mog him, right?

...right?
>>
i dont get it
doesnt everyone gets a small cabinet to shower in
is this usa faggotory thing
what happend to shame and privacy
>>
>>77325548
The largest self report.

I walk into the gym and it's cold, but by the time 20 minutes go by, I'm sweating puddles and my entire shirt and shorts are soaked. If heavy squats or RDLs don't have you sweating like a dog the intensity is not there.

Only poors shower at the gym, and people shooting up drugs in bathrooms is so prevalent they got rid of privacy to prevent overdoses which makes gyms liable if someone dies
>>
i go to the gym in the morning before work so showering at the gym is the only option if i dont wanna spend the next 9 hours stinking up the office with sweat
>>
>>77324550
Yes. I take hour long showers, so I rather do it at the gym instead of waiting to get home.
>>
>>77324550
>morning workout, shower at the gym
>during workday, shower at the gym
>after work, shower at home
>weekend, shower at home
depends on when i go to the gym, i have a free gym at the office, it's decent and provides towels, it's also open on the weekends, gets crazy busy during the morning and lunch time, so i try avoid that if i can
>>
>>77324567

>remember that time that i found that porn of a hidden camera in a women's locker room in a russian gym with communal showers with no doors so you just saw a dozen naked women showering like you were sitting in there watching them

The shit you’re describing is something only boomers do. Millennials and Gen Z hate public nudity and lingering in the locker room. I go to a higher-end independent gym now whose owner made a lot of good choices when designing the locker room space. It’s all unisex, two private showers, two bathrooms, and changing rooms, and that’s it. It’s made to get you out onto the gym floor and ensure you spend the least amount of time possible in the locker room. There’s literally no place for dumbass boomers to lay out their entire shaving kits, etc. and take up space for an hour while they hang out in there naked. Compare that to my old gym, which was a “health club”: locker room was full of gross flabby oldsters jawing about high school football while they did their 2-hour primping routines—always a smart move to avoid going in there. That said, even at the new place, I’d never use a shower without wet shoes or flip-flops like >>77325335 said.

If they'd stayed home, people would have continued to think of them as an exotic, mystic culture worth exploring. It's really an L for multiculturalism if you think about it.
>>
>>77326282
Are office gyms any good, though?
>>77327361
Better that we found out now via shock therapy than continue letting them slowly displace our communities. A bunch of them tried to take over the school board in my town and whites finally awakened and beat them down hard at the polls.
>>
>>77327583
>Are office gyms any good, though?
Depends on the company you work for. Defense, aerospace, and space industry gyms give commercial gyms a run for their money.
