>been eating 5 eggs a day, every day, for near 15 years>finally getting sick of eggs and annoyed eating them and prepping them>don't get as much protein benefit from drinking them raw despite it being the most efficient way to eat themWhat egg intake hacks do you guys have? For a while I was full on just blending hard boiled eggs in water and chugging them.
>>77325434have you thought about just preparing them differently? scrambled eggs, omelettes, hard boiled in some dish, etc? you might as well tell us you have been just eating boiled potatoes your whole life
>>77325434>What egg intake hacks do you guys have?Eat egg. Literally gets no simpler.
I guess you could get a giant wok and scramble like 50 eggs at once with some herbs and spices then portion them into jars in the fridge ready to go?
>>77325434>For a while I was full on just blending hard boiled eggs in water and chugging them.the fact you're doing this at all tells me you are iredeemable.
>>77325447Brother I have prepared eggs every way you can prepare them over the years, I have burnt out eggs in all forms and just wanna take them in as efficiently as possible at this point.
put them up your ass and let your rectum absolves it like fever drugs. completely bypass the liver to receive raw protein into your bloodstream
You can freeze scrambled eggs for a long time, so do some meal prep once a week or something instead to reduce your day to day workload.
>>77325434Pancakes, doesn't feel like eating eggs at all.
>>77325529Nta but I'm like you. Half a dozen a day for a long time.I slonk when feeling lazy but the best way I've found isI crack 6 in a cup, add butter to a pan and coat the bottom. Like med low. When butter is melted I add eggs and immediately add like a tablespoon of water to the edge of the pan and cover with a lid.The steam cooks the eggs tops so they aren't slimy and you don't have to muss with flipping them. Cleanup is a breeze, cooking time for runny like I like is around 3-5 minutes and the pan usually rinses mostly clean. It's still not super fun to wolf them down but I just autisticly cut around the yolk with my fork and eat it whole then stack all the leftover whites like flapjacks and boom
>>77325434Just stop eating so many eggs and diversify your diet. I'll usually do one in a breakfast sandwich and another in a pancake, then move on to other things like fruits and meats and nuts and vegetables and milk and grains... omnivoremaxxing is the best diet path because really all the foods have problems with overconsumption.
Air-fryer omelette in a mini pizza dish -9 mins.Jazz it up with mushrooms, sliced sausage, cheese..
>>77325529I bet you cook them in vegetable oil kek
>1 egg>drop of olive oil or butter>1 spoon mayonnaise>pinch sea salt>pinch black pepper>mix well>put in microwave for 1 minuteyou're welcome
>>77325434Omelettes. You can make a bunch and save them in the fridge or even a cool counter top (freeze outside in winter is good too, they thaw well). Use them like sandwiches.
>>77325434 Nigga fry them in butter and lightly salt them wtf are you doing
>>77325434I've had 5-10 a day for about a decade. Before that I had maybe 2 a day for another decade (when I started lifting and fell for the "balanced diet" meme). Eggs cover a lot of nutritional gaps, they are an insane food for what they cost. The biggest difference I noticed was my skin, since I rarely eat organs the only other proper sources of vitamin A are certain fish and eggs. Drastically increasing my egg intake I started getting a better color in the summer, I never burned in the sun and my complexion improved.
>>77326345I used to do this when I first started lifting, it's really stupid. You're just allocating a large chunk of your caloric intake to terrible quality food, all in the name of some sort of arbitrary "balance". Much smarter to eat as high quality nutrition as possible for every calorie. Nuts and vegetables offer basically nothing and have a lot of avoidable toxic effects. Fruits aren't as bad as vegetables in terms of toxins but still it's basically sugar water with a little vit C, that's it. If all you do is replace that with eggs, fish and meat you will get drastically better health and results. The idea that humans need a "balance" of man-made foods imported from all over the world is completely ridiculous.
