Literally just bought the capsule version from this exact brand and have been taking them for a week because I read that they are a healthier, non-synthetic source of vitamin D as opposed to the regular vitamin D supplements I had been taking.

At this point I feel like you should just stay away from supplements entirely; there is always some caveat or some fucking chemical byproduct that some anon will point out which means I shouldn't be taking something. I don't have a masters in chemistry and I can't spend all my time sifting through research papers, how am I supposed to figure this shit out?

Welp, I guess I'll cut back to only taking magnesium.

even fish cooked is bad
pufas aren't inherently bad but they oxidize and create a lot of radicals
cold pressed oils or just raw fish or eggyolks are more than enough as a supplement
just eat some raw egg yolks or sushi
omega3 can do more harm than good if it's oxidized, but in its raw form it's basically the carb of all fats you get instant energy and weight loss is super easy
i buy tons of frozen anchovies and other small fish, cut them open and snack them

frozen fish is free from parasites, look it up
it's the best source of protein and omega3s, choline, etc
you can eat the organs of the fish too if you're experienced with cleaning them after a while
just buy kitchen or latex gloves or your hands will forever smell like fish
honestly this was the greatest redpill i ever found
buy frozen fish in bulk and eat raw
works great with dark breads, sour cream, mustard, or just rice and onions sauce like the japs do (im not scared of phytoestrogens because i drink raw milk and it has 10000x real estrogen in it) and i feel great all the time
if you're scared of dna damage in general just eat tons of antioxidants even supplements work fine
