You're probably just fat.
>>
You ever do rows? If you're doing all that pushing but only one pull might be an imbalance maybe.
>>
>>77325698

I'm lean
>>77325703
Yeah, I do rows on the same days

>I'm lean
The one person you can't lie to is yourself.
>>
>>77325715
True, I'm still lean.
>>
>>77325717
On the Internet, no one knows you're a fatty.
>>
>>77325657
ratio of pull to push needs to be 3:2 or ideally 2:1
pull more
>>
>>77325749
True, how much do you really weigh?
>>77325790
Jesus, I need to fix that then.

REMINDER

What does being fat have to do with it?? I use a weight belt for dips and pull ups and don't have these issues. No diff than being fat

You are supposed to use a more narrow and neutral grip most of the time. Maybe lift a weight or experiment with lifting yourself before shitting up the board with low effort and 0 explanation cmon man you aren't even trying.

At 40 I quit putting anything over my head ever. It's not natural and for me personally I can do ohp and everything feels fine, then when I try to use those muscles again get a weird pain, the last time it happened it lasted literally months during which time I couldn't train fully. I was afraid my arm would never come back to normal. While I'm a fan of calisthenics, dips for me is also an unnatural movement, makes my shoulders uncomfortable and it just feels plain wrong for me. We all have different bodies and different tolerances - if something is giving you grief better to replace it with something else, especially something with a known reputation for potentially causing long-term damage like ohp.

Obesity > chronic inflammation > joint pain. What indeed?

You need to get a resistance band and strengthen your rotator cuffs, I used to get pain and that fixed it
