is there any benefit to lifting 5x a week rather than 4? I get everything I need to do in 4 days so I dont even know what I would do on the 5th day. Right now I do legs, chest, back and shoulders and do arms on every single of those days. So what would even be my 5th day?

Triceps and Calves.

In my opinion, anything more than 4 days a week as a natural is more for strength and sports specific lifting. Even doing Ppl you'll still be working under a moderate level of fatigue due to training the same muscle groups multiple days in a row.

I currently train 5 days a week and train chest and legs 4 days a week, but one of those days are mostly just greasing the groove. Rpe 6 triples etc..

I already do cardio 7x week and abs every time at the gym.
