what's the absolute lowest effort food you can eat when really really depressed? I have no energy to cook at all so I tend to buy fast food and shit which is expensive and unhealthy af
I want no to little meal preparation times.I read that there is microwaveable rice. what could I pair that with?
dont care about the taste, how the food looks or if it's socially acceptable. I want it to be more or less healthy with no effort required. even making a sandwich for me is often too 'hard'
not fat btw. 21 bmi, just want to lose weight to 16 bmi

Protein shakes or Greek yogurt?
I'd also suggest a multivitamin to prevent micronutrient deficiencies. Also make sure you get sufficient iron. I'm a man, but still managed to get low ferritin due to a monotonous diet, which sapped my energy for a long time.

Sorry depressionfag that's not how it works.
Work is therapy.
Life requires effort.

But on the bright side: cooking is therapeutic and makes you happier.

Make a stir fry. Get an Airfryer and make some salmon filets, or a steak, or chicken thighs. Get a rice cooker and make some rice.

The "work" is part of the experience that makes life fulfilling. Your brain is friend from low effort high reward activities like being on the computer all day.

Yeah, right now i just have access to a microwave and fridge. I eat microwavable rice, add salt, pepper, tuna. I also eat cottage cheese, drink premier protein that comes in a case, add psyillium husk, nutrition shakes, multivitamins, zing and magnesium at bed time
