What is normal fat distribution for men and women? Also, can you tell body fat percentage based on visuals only? As in, no feeling.

How much fat is normal to have? Do you really have to increase body fat percentage with age, or is it just laziness in combination with a change in hormones that make middle aged men and women get fat?
