Anyone have a good rehab for a torn/pulled hammy? I did the splits running around third base during clean & sober softball, heard *rip* and it wasn’t my pants. Week 3 after the injury and I’m not at full speed yet . Huge tournament in 2 weeks and I wanna be as close to healed as possible RICE technique isn’t doing any good
