I like myself a giant breakfast on days I workout.

Lunch I will have rice + tuna + another protein shake, about 700 calories, 55-60g protein

Dinner I will have chicken, broccoli, rice, with protein shake. 800 calories, 55-60g protein

Before bed, 1 protein shake 300 calories, 35g protein.

3000~ calories and 210~ protein. I'm 6'8 tho
