Might run on eliptical today, tomorrow calisthenics, jog a mile, then mow and weed eat. Dont know if my chores count as light cardio but i will sweat A LOT. This time of year gatoraide wont cut it and i gotta drink liquid iv without being able to eat enough food to replinish electrolytes fast enough
Who here runs out of the gym to and around the park to home?

Incline treadmill walking or jump roping. Also like sports (pick up basketball is goated cardio, might join a softball rec league to mog the middle aged players and work on being social again)

Run run run more. Ramping up for a trail marathon in a few weeks, so I'm going to do 20 miles tomorrow nice and easy.
>>77327536My work travel makes my schedule a little inconsistent, but I try to get in at least three cardio sessions per week. I usually tack on twenty minutes with the stair climber after my lighter weight sessions, and most weeks I can also get in for one dedicated cardio session (~40min). If I'm feeling good and have a few minutes to spare, I'll throw some sprints in at the end, but I should probably get more consistent with that. I also like to jog once or twice per week when it's nice out.You don't need to overcomplicate it. As long as you get in at least three sessions of zone two and one or two sessions of sprints per week, you should be fine for general health purposes, but doing more gets you more benefits. I don't know any adult with a job and responsibilities who has enough spare time to overdo it on cardio, so you can basically put in as much time as you're willing to give.
