I realized now my left shoulder being so locked up and limited in range of motion has completely fucked up my development on my left side as the angles I take for upper body exercises like presses or pulls are way different on left side than right due to this. It's going to take a lot of work for me to fix this and get this area to open up and develop the ability to hit the proper range of motion and lifting path

Anyone can give me hope they they had a problem like this and fixed it? I have been watching rehab therapy videos and researching different movements to do which is encouraging but damn why couldn't I just have a normal body with no limitations like the zoomies who get symmetrical body not having any idea what they are doing

Yes, but I'm not doing anything specific, I just do a general, basic mobility routine every morning. Been at it for 2 months, saw first results after 1.
