>>77328387So if you lift a muscle group every day you will have less effective sets beyond once every 2 days or so even if the goal is pure size fyi as someone who has tried a lot of different shit. It seems like muscle maturity is the goal, it'll do something of course but depending on your training style high frequency is only somewhat sustainable if you know when to rest and deload.
