>>77328429>placebo effectsYou have to go too hard lifting all the time on a +1000 +-200 for a few weeks to learn the limit of how much muscle you can put on assuming your lifting and programming is good. Start high with everything like volume per session and sets per week per muscle group then work down as calories go down and you learn what is optimal. Make sure you are getting a pump if you want to gain muscle.
