Am fat. 240lbs and am 5' 10". Would like to unfat. Anybody got a 1200 cal meal plan they used that I can shamelessly copy?

You dont need a meal plan. You will just use it as an excuse to cheat or not do it.

Just dont eat as much. Eat once a day, a high protein high fat meal under 800 calories. Drink lots of water and black coffee. Consume zero refined sugar. Some fruit in the morning is fine. Sugar free energy drinks are fine just dont over do it on the taurine.

You will lose almost 1kg of fat a week on a calorie restricted diet. You will lose even more if you fast occasionally.

If you have no self control then do a peptide, it kills your appetite and causes the same calorie restriction I described.

FYI giving up carbs/pasta will likely be the hardest part psychologically. Your body will lie to you that you are starving because it doesnt have refine carbs coming in. It takes a couple weeks for it to calm down and get used to what's going on.

Expect your mood and libido to be suppressed on a calorie restriction. If you have a big event or family gathering then eat normally for day or two before it so you have full energy.

It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser

I am personally using Lyle McDonald's RFL diet plan.

You may not be able to adhere to it, in which case don't bother. Not in any rude way do I mean that - just find another deficit style taht suits you best.

Compliance is the science. It’s just a matter of figuring out which one is easiest for you to stick to. Pick one, do it for a week, and if you’re constantly getting cravings or it’s a struggle, try a different one. Once you find one that’s easier to stick to, stick to it. Raise your energy expenditure by walking, using caffeine, using capsaicin powder, using EGCG, using nicotine, whatever. It’s that simple.

that's way too low to be sustainable. personally, I've been losing 75 lbs over the past year with a 700 kcal deficit. I didn't always hit it, the average over the entire timeframe is, I think, about 600 kcal. a insanely low calorie goal will only do two things: create miserable cravings and make you bounce back faster than you can cum when mommy tells you to. calculate your BMR, multiply it by 1.2 (sedentary activity level) and that's your target TDEE. subtract 700 kcal and that's your minimum calorie goal for the day. adjust the calculation once you start losing weight.
