How the fuck do you lower your bf lower than 12%, I'm losing strength and I have brainfog everytime I tried to do anything.

Looking for useful tips anons, apart from spending more and ingesting less.

I experience the same thing but whenever I just stick it out and do my reduced volume lifting and finish the cut, I'm always stronger at that 12% than I was at the end of my last cut.
Over time it's tended upwards even with the regular peaks and valleys.
A week after the conclusion of this recent cut, once my glycogen was back up, my presses were equal to the previous seasons bulk numbers, my pulls and isolations were higher, all while much leaner.
Another pretty big deal is don't confuse bulk with become a fat pig

This. While one certainly might lose muscle, i think its mostly glycogen depletion. I am a power shitter cutting down to 250 from 300. Squat is taking a big hit, bench sort of. But everything elses is sort of hlding okay. Yes, Im more tired and depeted, but I feel like once I get down to 245, then start eating slightly more carbs and try to keep myself at about 250-55 fully loaded with glycogen and water and salt, my strength should be close to 95% of what it was. Hopefully.
