I fractured my forearm this weekend after a bicycle accident.
My bone basically shattered on impact and i had to had surgery with titanium plate and screws to fix the pieces together.

first time getting injured? You can just stay home and if you live to 70 wish you had been more of an adventurer. Or, learn from it, heal up and keep going. Learn your limits, wear proper safety equipment, practice, understand, improve and keep going.
t. broken nose, broken ankle, severly dislocated shoulder, bad back, bad neck, new titantium hip and still mountain biking and riding motocross.

riding around on bike or w/e is not being adventurer. The key part of the adventure is the interesting story.

I got plenty of great experiences from riding around. You have to get out and do something. Unfortunately there are people to have no to little experience and think "I can do that" and have no idea what they are doing and get seriously hurt or killed. Watch, learn, ask questions, practice, do you conditioning and gain experience. Ask your mom if you can leave the basement for a few hours.

It's gonna fuck with your wrist rotation range of motion most likely, but lifting is still very much possible.

>>77329390
In my experience, they don't remove these. The plate and screws stay in.
