What would happen if I only did this routine:

>Bicep focused lat pulldowns
>Close grip Incline bench press
>Bulgarian split squats
>2 sets / 8-20 repts / Lifting once a week

Is this full body enough?

Probably not. I think half the reason frequency is relevant again is because significant amounts of mps doesn't occur every time. Having more chances at it when you've slept perfect have enough leucine and insulin and whatever star sign aligns with your birth hour or some shit means more chances to grow.

As a single session out of 2 or 3 a week it might be okay. Think ~9 sets per group /week is a good baseline for a beginner and isn't going to be hard to recover from.

If you're going to do stupid shit try to be moderate on every other aspect so you can so at least you can tell what differnce it made

No, seriously, i setup as if i was going to lat pulldown and bend elbow without ever using lat, in fact i małe sure i keep elbow fully to the front, i also skip grip/forearm hooking rubber on wrist and windong it such that it wants to pronate forearm, unilaterally, and if i want more resistance just lean bacwards, it's fucking awesome xD it looks funny af, as if i wanted to pat myself on the head but couldn't xD biceps just keeps on getting fatter and peakier xD
