Fun bulking idea?
(Although the question is asked by a seemingly petite female)
>>
>>77329907
Ridiculous question, you would just die from the insane thermogenic effects
>>
>>77329907
You would btfo cico as a meme theory
>>
>>77329907
You would shit out 999,970,000 calories. Try eating a couple ounces of plutonium and let us know what happens.
>>
>>77330011
Pretty sure you die from radiation sickness.
Kinda remember xkcd did a what if on this.
>>
>>77329969
This. The body can't digest 1 billion calories and CICO will be refuted.
>>
>>77330042
Even if it ingests and metabolizes even 5% of that most of it wont even turn into fat and will be shat right through and the whatever marginal weight gain from water will be sweat out in one hiit session
>>
>>77329969
Let's try keto

>what if I ate 2 tons of protein
>your stomach ruptures? Keto disproven
>>
>>77329907
if you ate a 1billion calorie cracker you would get immediately sick from the absurd density of mass you are ingesting as the cracker rapidly expands from water and stomach acid.
if it doesn't explode your stomach and somehow is processed in any way, you'd be constipated as multiple hundreds of pounds of cracker solidifies in your long track and you have to get surgery within a few hours else you die.
>>
>>77330077
Protein intake is independent of keto, keto is just carb limitation. Your example shouldve been something like
>What if we cut all carbs
Which isnt unheard off and humans can thrive doing that
>What if eat only fats
Which is unsustainable and not recommended by anyone
>What if i eat 1 ton of butter
Which you've probably already done as a cumul your entire life considering how dumb you aes
>>
I once ate multiple tubs of peanut butter over a week and got overweight
>>
>>77330087
Why are keto fags so butthurt all the time? Just limit your damn calories and you'll lose weight, life could be so easy if you didn't tie your entire identity to a meme diet.
>>
>>77330042
If it's not entering your metabolism then it isn't cico you retard. Cico doesn't stand for getting the food in your mouth, it has to actually be available for your cells to utilize. That's why none of the anti-cico jokes are actual counter arguments.
Your body can't obtain radioactive energy because doesn't split atoms in half, nor can harvest the energy they liberate. It can break certain (not all) molecule bonds, that's it.

Fiber and gut microbiome tricks don't actually debunk cico either because what these do is steal a very small % of your food intake by not allowing it to be available to your metabolism. It's food that never reaches your cells to begin with.

Most of you are fat so you think about cico in terms of "how can i put as much food in my mouth as possible without gaining more weight" which is why you all get hyped by dumb influencers that tell you that you can get to eat 2% more carbs by first having a spoon of psyllium husk powder; therefor cico is not real. and if it's not real then why not also have some spoons of butter while you are at it? since it's not true then why stop there?

Here is the thing. There is not thin person out there that is mad at cico. It's always some fatass who tried to diet and failed because he always sneaks calories he forgets to count, or lies to himself about how much he eats.

How do people get fat in the first place if you can consume unlimited calories? Why do people who restrict calories lose weight?

Most people put down the fork, get lean and go on with their lives. The ones that stay around saying that deficit diets don't work are the ones who failed at them. Putting spoons of olive oil to your salad and making it a 500kcal surplus in your daily budget is your actual problem. Healthy food still contains a ton of energy. Your body was shaped by millions of years of harsh environmental conditions where energy was a scarce resource and it will do its best to keep as many as it can.
>>
>>77330089
Im glad we both agree you're wrong and misconstrued, on top of being schizophrenic considering nothing i've stated so far makes me a "keto fag" and that you're the one who brought it unprompted.
>>
>>77330115
Cico is btfo by a simple trick
Protein isnt energy unless you're starving
>>
>>77330011
Plutonium isn't made of carbs fats or proteins
>>
>>77330115
>Your body was shaped by millions of years of harsh environmental conditions where energy was a scarce resource and it will do its best to keep as many as it can.
This also refutes cico btw since you body sways both ways
>>
>>77330119
I don't even know what a calorie is, brother.
>>
>>77330011
The first part of this post is correct. Second part makes no sense, plutonium cannot at all be digested into a useable form of energy.
>>
>>77330190
How would you feel if you didnt have breakfast this morning
>>
>>77329907
How big would a 1 billion calorie cracker be?
>>
There was a guy who would eat uranium to prove radioactivity wasn't dangerous
I think technically that had a lot more than a billion calories
https://youtube.com/shorts/raKnE_yLrhI
>>
>>77330594
Is that the guy whose jaw fell off?
>>
>>77330598
No that was the guy who ate plutonium
>>
>>77330115
mucho texto
>>
An actual billion calorie cracker would be a size no human could consume. Eating radioactive material that contains nuclear energy is pointless since human digestion is a chemical process. The retarded conversations found on the internet is incredible.
>>
>>77330084
This. Calories are measured as energy based on quantities of different nutrients. Unless the cracker was made out of a non-standard micronutrient, it would have to be made up of some combination of fat, protein and carbs. Assuming it is all carbs, you'd suddenly be ingesting 250 million grams of carbs, so whatever condensing that was done to make that cracker edible in one go in the first place would be undone

Does that mean that hypothetical cracker could feed the biggest human centipede to ever exist? Hmm...
>>
>>77329907
Given the assumed composition of the "cracker", you likely wouldn't be able to digest it and just shit it out
